The stress dissipates by providing a light framework for meal planning and realistic goals that are attainable in any situation.
While everyone deserves to feel great and have their body function optimally, it can be challenging to do so without having the proper tools and knowledge. We live in an age where we are surrounded by an abundance of conflicting information. We are over-exposed to pop-culture nutrition, and the marketing of diets and miracle fixes. It can become overwhelming to know what's right for you. I will guide you to health and wellness by using science-based research and years in clinical practice.
