I am Clinical Nutritionist and use a holistic approach. I believe that eating right does not need to be difficult, expensive, or a struggle. In fact, its quite the opposite -  simplifying and learning to enjoy the nourishing foods our earth offers. While everyone deserves to feel great and have their body function optimally, sometimes It can be very hard to do so without having the proper tools and knowledge.  With so much pop-culture nutrition information out there, the marketing of diets and miracle fixes, and readily available and massive conflicting information, it can become very overwhelming to know what's right for you. I am qualified to guide you to health and wellness based on science-based research. 

I don't believe in quick fixes but instead lasting changes that shift your life toward thriving. I strive to empower you to make bright choices with foods that will get you feeling your best. Eating whole foods, the way nature intended us to eat, can do wonders for the body. When making informed choices, food can cure aliments, reduce excess body fat, and dramatically increase your life experience. 

Everyday in our society I hear things like... "well thats just the way it is... headaches, bad breath, poor sleep, low energy, excess fat, I just keep gaining weight, I don’t have time to change, it's just part of getting older, and its not convenient enough".

 Lots of people just fall victim to symptoms and make excuses for settling into believing that they are just meant to feel bad everyday. Well I won't settle for that and neither should you. I believe that with both nutrition and lifestyle shifts, you can learn a new normal.  A better normal. A life that is not dependent on sugar in the afternoon and coffee throughout the day. I teach my clients to make simple changes that can take them from surviving to thriving.  I don’t believe there is one diet plan that is the best for every-body. I believe in individualized plans that are unique to your personal goals and lifestyle.
